What makes our practice truly unique is the close-knit, mother-daughter team behind it. Dr. Nikki Bechtol and her mom, Kay, teamed up shortly after Dr. Bechtol graduated from Chiropractic School in 2004, creating a dynamic partnership that blends passion for people with a shared commitment to healing. “It just seemed like the perfect fit,” Dr. Bechtol says. “For my daughter and me, it’s all about people—we simply love people!” adds Kay.
Now, we’re excited to be raising a third generation of strong women in both business and healthcare. Dr. Bechtol’s daughter, Sterling, will be helping out in the office, continuing the legacy of personal care and community commitment. “We like to think we put the ‘FUN’ in dys-FUN-ctional,” Kay says with a smile. “We’re just average women trying our best to make a difference in our community.”
At our practice, we believe in treating our patients like family, and if we can make you smile or offer a hug before you leave, we feel we’ve accomplished something special. We look forward to sharing the warmth of our family with you!
Meet Dr. Nikki Bechtol, DC
I am a proud native of Naples, Florida, and a Golden Eagle alumnus of Naples High School. After earning my Bachelor’s degree in Biology, I pursued a Doctorate in Chiropractic from Texas Chiropractic College. I also hold a certification in Animal Chiropractic from Parker Chiropractic College in Dallas, Texas. It was an honor to be voted Who’s Who Among Chiropractic Students, and I am an active member of the local Naples Chiropractic Society and the Florida Chiropractic Association.
I am deeply committed to serving my community, treating my patients like family, and providing a patient-centered approach that combines my extensive education and hands-on experience. Helping individuals achieve optimal health and wellness through compassionate care is my passion.
Outside of my practice, I love spending time with my wonderful husband, Matthew, who owns Reel Custom Shutters, a custom plantation shutter company. Together, we are raising two incredibly smart, ornery, and opinionated children—Sterling and Carter. As a family, we cherish the outdoors, especially fishing, hunting, and exploring nature. Weekends often find us with fishing poles in hand, and our summers are spent in the beautiful Florida Keys. There’s nothing quite like hearing the kids shout, "FISH ON!"
I truly believe, as George Santayana once said, "The family is one of nature's masterpieces."
I provide physical therapy, proper stretching and strengthening for all age and pay close attention to the muscle and bone structure for their age. My goal is to get my patients before the injuries occur for preventative measures and not after the injury for repair. With this being said, I have a large group of medical colleagues that I refer to on a regular basis for surgical consults, blood analysis, orthopedic exams, etc. I have earned the respect of various local hospital medical staff and private practice physicians by getting their patients well and returning them to the referring doctor for re-examination and follow-up reports. I believe that knowledge can be empowering. The more we understand our bodies and the mechanism that cause injuries, the more committed we become to getting better. Therefore, my office is devoted to educating our patients about their body, how it works and how to heal it. I treat my patients as family and make them feel as though they are coming home. Meet Kay Bechtol - Endermologist
I moved to Naples 55 years ago when it was just a quaint little fishing town. As a Registered Nurse with 20 years of experience in private practice, my passion for helping others inspired me to pursue my dream of becoming a successful entrepreneur. Fifty years ago, I opened "Love and Care Nursery," the first commercial daycare in Naples, and had the privilege of helping raise 60% of Collier County’s children—many of whom are now adults.
My entrepreneurial spirit didn’t stop there. Twenty-four years ago, I founded Body Elite, Inc. of Naples, driven by my love for aesthetics and my desire to help local men, women, and athletes build self-esteem. My background as a Registered Nurse gives me a unique edge in this field, and I find deep fulfillment in seeing the results of my work—especially in how it transforms my clients' confidence and overall well-being. "Seeing the change in how they feel makes all the difference in the world!" I often say.
I’m a proud widow with three wonderful adult children, seven grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren. My grandkids are my world, and I treasure every moment I spend with them. When I’m not working, you can find me enjoying the beach, boating, or spending time with my family—my greatest joy.
Dr. Kyla Meyers, DC
I have always had a deep conviction and passion for chiropractic care, and I consider myself truly fortunate to have found a profession that continually motivates me and gives my life purpose. My mission is to provide patients of all ages with a safe, welcoming environment paired with effective, holistic treatment. I believe that healing requires not only skilled care but also a positive mental attitude and the trust of a physician. It is this combination that I know leads to true healing.
My love for families and my community, alongside my desire to help others, is more than just a profession—it is a calling I cannot ignore. As a Doctor of Chiropractic, I am deeply involved in both the treatment and prevention of disease, as well as promoting overall wellness. I have found my purpose, and I feel incredibly blessed to do what I love every day.
I am Dr. Kyla Meyers, a Midwest girl who found her calling under the sunny skies of Florida. I received my Bachelor of Science degree from Southeast Missouri State University, followed by a Master’s in Sports Science and Rehabilitation. I graduated with honors from Logan Chiropractic College in St. Louis, Missouri, and earned my certification in Animal Chiropractic, Veterinary Orthopedic Manipulation (VOM) with a focus on canines and felines.
Having been a competitive and collegiate cheerleader and raised by parents who fostered over 60 children to give them a chance to thrive, families, children, and inspiring youth athletes hold a special place in my heart. I am passionate about helping children and their families achieve a healthier, more fulfilling future by educating them on posture, self-esteem, spinal alignment, injury prevention, and reducing nerve interference.
I believe that together, we can make a lasting difference in the lives of those we serve!
Lisa Sikorski, MSN, APRN-AP, Nurse Practitioner
I’m Lisa Sikorski, originally from Michigan and now proud to call Naples, Florida, my home. As a Nurse Practitioner, I’m passionate about delivering exceptional care to my community. My foundation in patient care comes from over a decade of experience as a Critical Care Registered Nurse at Gulf Coast Medical Center, where I specialized in Neuro, Surgical, and Medical Intensive Care Units.
After earning my nursing degree from Florida SouthWestern State College, I pursued a Master’s degree from South University in Savannah, Georgia, graduating in 2020. My focus on geriatric care reflects my dedication to ensuring that the elderly receive compassionate, respectful, and personalized care.
Now, I’ve teamed up with Dr. Nikki Bechtol at Bechtol Chiropractic to offer a collaborative approach to healthcare. Together, we provide primary care services for individuals who lack a primary care provider or need quick access to care when their provider isn’t available. My approach to primary care focuses on convenience, accessibility, and a holistic, patient-centered model.
In addition to my work with Bechtol Chiropractic, I own LAS Health Services, where I offer primary care and weight loss solutions to the Southwest Florida community. Whether I’m addressing everyday healthcare needs or helping patients achieve their wellness goals, I’m committed to delivering compassionate, effective, and individualized care.
Kristie Marra, CCPA
I am a Certified Chiropractic Physician Assistant with a passion for bringing expertise and genuine care to Bechtol Chiropractic. Originally from Monmouth County, New Jersey, I moved to Florida in 2015 and have loved becoming part of the local healthcare community. After graduating from Ida Baker High School in 2020, I pursued my passion for health and wellness by earning an Associate of Science degree from Florida Southwestern State College. I continued my education at Florida Gulf Coast University (FGCU), where I earned a Bachelor's degree in Health Science in 2025.
At Bechtol Chiropractic, I am skilled in performing a wide range of chiropractic modalities and take pride in connecting with my patients on a personal level. My exceptional bedside manner and dedication to patient care set me apart, and I strive to take a holistic approach to healing. I always ensure that my patients feel heard, understood, and cared for. My fascination with the human body keeps me eager to learn and grow, and my passion for helping others is evident in everything I do.
As part of the Bechtol Chiropractic team, I play a vital role in providing the highest level of care to each patient. My goal is to help patients achieve optimal health through a combination of therapies, all while contributing to the warm and welcoming atmosphere that defines our practice. My enthusiasm for learning and my love for what I do inspire both my patients and colleagues every day.
Outside of work, I enjoy riding dirt bikes and am a devoted animal lover. I’m always eager to learn more about the world around me and to make a positive impact on everyone I meet.
Chloe Jones, Office Manager
I was born and raised in Naples, Florida, and I’m proud to call this community my home. After graduating from First Baptist Academy, I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Business Supervision and Management. With a strong background in business and management, I bring a high level of organization and efficiency to my role as Office Manager at Bechtol Chiropractic.
Outside of the office, my husband and I lead a hands-on, fulfilling lifestyle as cattle ranchers. Together, we manage a thriving farm where we raise cattle for meat, as well as chickens and pigs. I’m deeply passionate about eating healthy, homegrown foods and am committed to providing my family with the freshest, most nutritious options straight from our farm.
My dedication to my family, my work, and my community is at the heart of everything I do. With my organizational skills, love for nature, and commitment to healthy living, I’m proud to be an integral part of the Bechtol Chiropractic team.
Samantha Salls, LMT
A small-town girl from Vermont, Samantha "Sam" Salls, a licensed massage therapist since 2016, specializes in injury and pain management. Sam enjoys learning and continuing to develop her skills to better help her clients. As a massage therapist, she uses a variety of techniques to cater to each individual's needs, including deep tissue, Swedish, relaxation, trigger point therapy, and mobilization. When Samantha isn't at work, she loves the outdoors and family time spent on her farm. Samantha is a devoted mom and wife and spends endless hours volunteering for youth sports and serving our community.
